Alpha USA Regional Directors

We are actively developing Regional Leadership Teams in over 55 regions across the USA.  Each team is led by a Regional Director and when possible an assistant or team of volunteers. These "troops on the ground" help local churches and ministries increase the number of courses and improve the quality of existing coruses.  Regional Leadership Teams (RLT's) are a core building block for the strengthening of Alpha across the country.  RLT's are supported by advisory boards of local pastors and business leaders who share the Alpha vision - that everyone, regardless of age, background or status, has the opportunity to hear the good news of Jesus Christ at an Alpha course near their home, office or school.

Regional Leadership Team are engaged in:

• Training churches to launch or improve their Alpha course
• Mobilizing churches to work together through a region-wide Alpha Invitation
• Promoting the classic Alpha course, the Alpha Specialties courses, the Alpha follow up resources, the Alpha ministry courses for marriages and parenting.
